Are the sizes true to fit?
Our sizes are designed to be true to the measurements listed in our size chart. However, different styles and fabrics may fit differently. We recommend checking the product description for any specific fit notes.
Can I request a custom size?
At this time, we do not offer custom sizing. Please refer to the size chart for available sizes.
Do you offer alterations?
No, we do not offer alterations. However, many of our styles are adjustable or designed for a flexible fit. Check the product description for details!
What if I ordered two sizes and want to return one?
We highly discourage ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning one, as returns are a costly and lengthy process that can impact our small business. We strive to keep our prices fair and sustainable, and excessive returns increase costs for both us and our customers.
Do your sizes run small or large?
Our items generally fit true to size, but fit may vary depending on the style. If a product runs particularly small or large, we will note it in the product description.
-Fulfillment & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. See our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Where is my order information?
As soon as your placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number to the email address you used upon checkout. If for some reason you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by going to the Track Your Order page.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping. All orders are shipped using standard delivery methods.
My order was delivered to the wrong address. What should I do?
Please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation. If the address was incorrect, we are unable to retrieve or reship the package. If the error was made by the shipping carrier, please contact your local courier, as they will have the most accurate details. Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to at this time.
Can I get a refund if my package was lost after delivery?
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend selecting a secure delivery location and contacting your local courier first, as they have the most accurate updates on your package’s whereabouts. My order says ‘Delivered,’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management in case it was left with them.
- Look in safe drop-off locations (mailbox, front door, back door, etc.).
- Please contact us directly to get your local courier tracking number, which can help you provide more details when speaking with the courier.
- Contact your local courier directly, as they have the most accurate updates and may require personal information that we do not have.
- If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to us via our Contact Form and we will do our best to assist you.
-Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method. Banks and credit card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
How do I start a return?

Do you refund the original shipping cost?
No, shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
